Building a scalable two-sided marketplace.

Ohana is a rental marketplace connecting guests moving to a new city with hosts that rent for 30 days or longer. AppSavvy is the primary development partner, working directly with co-founders Jacob Halbert and Ezra Gershanok to ship the full product - from design through implementation.

We architected the payment system on Stripe Connect, alongside search, internal tools, and SEO. Ohana reached $10M in monthly payments during peak season and is on track to process $60M in annual payment volume in 2026 - growing 3× YoY.
